Hi ma'am, so you told me that 1 (of your 2) containers were damaged in transit via USPS. I have a video recording from when I efficiently packaged your order on TikTok live. I had informed you that your order is insured through USPS, that they can/will issue you a full refund, & even sent you the link. However, you were being belligerent towards me & instead concluded that it was somehow my fault & not USPS’. Before I could respond & extend you a courtesy refund or a replacement, you sent 7 separate messages in the span of 60 seconds, including "I don't even want another one". I continued to offer you a refund & a replacement but you had stopped responding. Your order was damaged in transit, I did not deceive or sc*m you. Your butters were not “fraud”, & 1 of the 2 butters were also perfectly fine. Libel is a serious offense. My legal business representative will be contacting you if I cannot receive a response or removal of this defamatory accusation within 48 hours. Thank you!
